About the Facilitator:
Mahdi Heidarian Bavandpour is an accomplished HR and HSE consultant with two decades of experience spanning global companies such as Nestlé, Unilever, British American Tobacco, and Saziba, as well as advisory roles across the Middle East and Europe. Currently based in Sofia, Bulgaria, he works with SPI Training & Consultancy to support organizations and leaders through executive coaching, team development, and organizational change projects. Mahdi specializes in leadership development, cultural transformation, and safety-driven performance, combining strategic HR expertise with engaging facilitation methods such as co-development and serious games. His career highlights include building leadership pipelines, implementing organizational restructuring, and fostering cultures of care and safety that drive measurable improvements in performance and engagement.
