This policy applies to all attendees, speakers, partners, sponsors, and participants of the HR Innovator event series, including workshops, conferences, and co‑development sessions.
By booking a ticket or attending an HR Innovator event, you agree to the terms set out below.
1. Organiser & Event Delivery
Brand & Content Owner
The HR Innovator brand and website are owned and operated by Pitchtek UK Ltd. (Company No. 14732518), registered in England and Wales.
Event Organisation & Payments (Sofia Editions)
For HR Innovator Sofia 2026 events, Contragent EOOD acts as the local organising partner and Merchant of Record for ticket sales and invoicing.

2. Booking & Payment
A booking is confirmed only once full payment has been successfully received.
Online payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Bank transfer payments may be arranged by contacting us in advance. Tickets are confirmed only once cleared funds are received.
Your bank statement may show “HR-INNOVATOR-SOFIA” or “CONTRAGENT EOOD.”
3. VAT & Invoicing
Event admissions are taxed at the place of supply (Bulgaria).
20% Bulgarian VAT applies to all ticket purchases.
Tax invoices are issued by Contragent EOOD.
To receive a compliant invoice, you must provide accurate company details (company name, EIK, VAT number where applicable) during checkout.
4. Refunds, Transfers & Substitutions
All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds, as venue, catering, and production costs are committed in advance.
If you are unable to attend, you may:
Nominate a substitute attendee at no additional cost (subject to notice at least 48 hours before the event), or
Transfer your ticket to another edition of the same event (subject to availability).
5. Event Changes & Cancellation
We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the agenda, speakers, timing, or venue due to circumstances beyond our control.
Postponement: If an event is postponed, your ticket will automatically transfer to the new date.
Cancellation: If an event is cancelled, the ticket price will be refunded by the Merchant of Record. We are not liable for any additional costs such as travel or accommodation.
6. Liability & Personal Responsibility
Attendance is at your own discretion and risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the organiser’s total liability is limited to the amount paid for the ticket.
The organiser is not liable for indirect losses, business interruption, or costs incurred due to travel disruptions or personal circumstances.
7. Conduct & Right of Admission
All attendees are expected to behave professionally and respectfully.
The organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or remove attendees whose behaviour is disruptive, inappropriate, or contrary to the spirit of the event.
No refunds will be issued in such cases.
All participants are required to comply with the HR Innovator Code of Conduct, available on our website.
8. Confidentiality Disclaimer
Many HR Innovator events involve open discussion and peer exchange.
Confidentiality is encouraged, but participants are responsible for the information they choose to share.
The organiser cannot be held responsible for information voluntarily disclosed by attendees.
9. Photography & Recording
Events may be photographed or recorded for marketing and educational purposes.
By attending, you consent to this use.
If you do not wish to appear in photos or recordings, please inform event staff at registration.
10. Data Protection & Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Attendee professional information (name, job title, company) may be shared with official event sponsors and partners to facilitate networking.
You may object to sponsor data sharing at any time by contacting us.
11. Accessibility & Dietary Requirements
We aim to work with venues that are accessible.
Please notify us in advance of any access needs so we can make reasonable arrangements.
While we make efforts to accommodate dietary requirements, we cannot guarantee an allergen‑free environment.
12. Governing Law
Website use and intellectual property matters are governed by English law.
Ticket purchases and event delivery in Bulgaria are governed by Bulgarian law.
Any questions or concerns related to bookings, payments, or event attendance will be addressed in good faith and resolved amicably wherever possible.
